Very clean, spacious suites!

Pet-friendly policy is a pleasant addition.

I was horrified to find that we were downgraded to a lesser room despite having made a reservation well in advance. The front desk blamed it on an early check-in request, but how does that even make sense? We deserve the room we booked, not a regular one that was handed out to someone else.

The two-bedroom suite I stayed in had an amazing layout. Comfortable beds made for great sleep after long days out. Loved having a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. The dining area was perfect for family meals. Breakfast offered a variety of options, although a few items ran out and took time to refill. The property felt clean and well-maintained, which made the stay pleasant. A downside was the breakfast area, often crowded and lacking adequate tables for guests. The hotel location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. Noise levels were sometimes high, especially during breakfast rushes and by the pool area. Free parking was a definite plus, but finding a spot could get tricky during peak hours. The front desk staff were courteous but could improve on their responsiveness during busy times. Enjoyed my time, just a few tweaks needed for a more seamless experience.

the location is perfect with lots of shops and restaurants nearby a great spot for fun and leisure (especially after a long day) the staff was friendly and the outdoor area was lovely for relaxing

I loved my stay in the Two-Bedroom Suite with Sofa Bed! The suite was very clean and the layout was fantastic-so much space for my family to relax. Plus, the beds were comfortable

Struggling to keep a comfortable temperature in the room was a hassle, particularly when the loud AC unit kicked on right next to the bed, disrupting sleep. Additionally, the breakfast area felt cramped during peak hours, leaving guests without enough tables to sit at, and the limited grocery options within walking distance can be a pain if you're relying on foot. The absence of HDMI access on the TV made streaming a disappointment for some.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn in Glendale. The two-bedroom suite offered fantastic space making it ideal for my needs as an art historian, allowing for comfortable relaxation after exploring. Great breakfast options complemented the spacious setup. A bit noisy at times, but overall a nice experience!

The accommodations were spacious, especially for a family stay (kitchen area was perfect for cooking! ). Nearby shops and restaurants made grabbing snacks or dining out easy. The staff was incredibly helpful.

The two-bedroom suite was super spacious with comfy beds and a killer view. The kitchen had all the essentials—microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Liked the dining area too. AC unit worked great, and the kids loved the pool at night. Breakfast was awesome, with fresh pastries and tasty eggs.
